About Me
Executive finance leadership meets institutional investment experience.
I bring together strategic leadership, private equity investing, executive finance and AI transformation.
I am the Chief Financial Officer of TruDoc Healthcare and Director of Investments at Pulsar Capital, based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. My work spans financial governance, business strategy, private equity investment and cross-border M&A.
Before taking on leadership roles in the Middle East, I spent nearly eight years at Morgan Stanley in Hong Kong and Mumbai, covering Global Equity Syndicate and Equity Capital Markets. I worked on close to 350 transactions across 10 Asia-Pacific stock exchanges and advised the Government of India (DIPAM) on divestments and capital raising.
Across more than 20 years, I have worked on 400 deals totalling over US$250 billion. I apply that experience to building financial controls, improving P&L performance, evaluating investments and executing strategic M&A.
I also lead AI transformation across finance, investment workflows. I design AI-assisted processes for management reporting, investment diligence and document research, with source validation, financial reconciliation and human review built in.
